Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with appropriate notice as specified in your service agreement. GridHub Nexis may also terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. You may request export of your Customer Data within thirty (30) days of termination, after which we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired thereby.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service agreements you have entered into with us, constitute the entire agreement between you and GridHub Nexis regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
